Reyneck Matemba granted bail

Chief Resident Magistrate Madalitso Chimwaza has granted bail to Former Solicitor General Reyneck Matemba.
Matemba who is also former ACB Director General was arrested by the ACB today for receiving a bribe from Businessperson Zunneth Sattar.
He has been charged with one count of corrupt use of official powers contrary to Section 25 (1) of the Corrupt Practices Act.
Matemba represented himself in Court.
