Former Primary Education Advisor Betino Mpapa Arrested In Neno For Allegedly Defiling And Impregnating 16 Year Old Girl

Police in Neno have arrested a former Primary Education Advisor (PEA) Betino Mpapa (61) for allegedly defiling and impregnating a 16 year old girl.

Neno police publicist Austin Kamwendo has confirmed the arrest stating that the PEA adopted the child for support and later started enticing her into sexual acts by giving her money when his wife was not around and provided her with a cellphone for secret communication.

Kamwendo further alleges that the child has revealed that she was defiled from February to April this year without protection claims colloborated by a medical report from Neno district hospital which further shows the girl is pregnant.

The suspect comes from Donda village in the area of Traditional Authority Chekucheku.
