MANEB Executive Director Dorothy Nampota has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceofmalawi.

According to Nampota, the burglars who broke into the storage room at the school on Sunday night tampered with nine envelopes of already written papers.

“They tampered with papers for Agriculture 1, Biology 1, English 1, 2 and 3 Mathematics 1 and 2, Social and Life Skills 1 and 2 and scripts for four candidates were stolen,” said Nampota.

According to Nampota, the examinations will be administered from Thursday, July 13 to Sunday, July 16 2023.

“A comprehensive timetable for the examinations has been sent to the school. MANEB would like to assure the public that the burglars did not tamper with the papers that are yet to be administered,” she added.
