Street Children Turns To Terrorists In Blantyre City

There have been heartfelt and speed recovery wishes flooding on social media towards a Malawi Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) student who was reportedly been attacked by “Ana amaskini” (street kids) in Blantyre city.

The picture circulating on social media, is showing a victim with wound after being beaten by street connected children in yesterday’s evening 14 August 2023.

Commenting on the matter Another victim posted in the comment section. The victim was attacked reportedly around 3pm.

Meanwhile MUBAS students have warned the social welfare authorities that if they fail to take an action towards the matter, they are going to do what ever they want to deal with them (Street Children).

On the same issue a Malawian veteran videographer Ron Cz, posted on his face book page appealing the law enforcers to take an action towards street kids

” I almost got attacked in Blantyre town during day time. 2pm to be exact while doing my shopping by ‘Street kids (Ana amaskini)’ .I was lucky I got away but alot of people have been injured, robbed almost everyday. Its getting out of control, do you want people to take matters in their own hands?” Ron Cz writes.
