Bail ruling on Chisale’s case adjourned to next week

The Lilongwe Principal Magistrate Court has reserved bail ruling in a case involving bodyguard of former President Peter Mutharika, Norman Chisale to Tuesday next week.

Chasale was arrested on Tuesday this week over his interview with Zodiak Tv.

Yesterday Chisale appeared before the court where he was charged with three counts namely; use of insulting language, intimidation, and obstructing justice.

Chisale pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Today the case also came before Magistrate Roderick Michongwe for bail application he has adjourned it to Tuesday next week.
