Leader of Opposition in parliament, Kondawani Nankhumwa, has oozed confidence that he will win at the convention no matter who decides to challenge him.
Nankhumwa, who is speaking to media at Golden Peacok Hotel on Blantyre, has said that in his life, he has never lost an election.
“Ndimagwetsa akulu akulu okha okha. Nditha kuoneka mwana koma ali mwa ine ndi wamkulu,” he said.
Nankhumwa has officially declared interest to contest as President in the forthcoming elective conference as ordered by the court recently.
He said his decision to contest at the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) convention follows thorough consultations he has made with various stakeholders including his own family.
Nankhumwa has since vowed to contest and win.
