National Bank of Malawi: Payment of Second Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors of National Bank of Malawi at its meeting of 28th November 2013 duly convened and held resolved that a second interim dividend of MWK 1.4 billion (representing MWK3.00 per share) be paid to the share holders appearing in the register of the company as at close of business on 27th December 2013. A first dividend of MWK 2 billion was paid in September 2013 in respect of 2013 profits.

Payment for the interim dividend is 10th January 2014.
