Soche police in Blantyre has arrested 41 year-old man for impregnating a 14 year-old daughter in Blantyre.
It has been confirmed that the child was having the stomach cramps and her mother took her to queen Elizabeth central hospital for some tests where it was discovered that the child is 2 months pregnant.
Soche Police spokesperson, Aaron Chilala has confirmed the case by outlining that “the mother of the victim went to the hospital with her daughter after receiving a complaint from her that she was not feeling good and later found out that she is 2 months pregnant”.
After the investigation the victim pointed her father as the father of her unborn child and she added that she started sleeping with her father when she was 10 years old.
The police report shows that the suspect has three children and the victim is his second born child. The suspect comes from kamtimbanya village, senior chief somba in Blantyre district
