The mob did not even decide to take him to police but taking the law into their own hands with an immediate result being the death of the robber whom they used the renowned Islamic sharia law of stoning a suspected sinner to death.
Cases of mob justice have been on an increase in Malawi lately especially after people have lost the faith they had in the Police Service.
