Buffalo Kills Elderly Woman and Baby in Chikwawa

A buffalo has killed a 65-year-old woman and a 4-month-old baby in Chikwawa on Sunday.
The deceased have been identified as Nelifa Failos, 65, and Mofolo Yohane, a 4-month-old infant. Reports indicate that the buffalo suddenly stormed into Jombo Village, under Traditional Authority Ngabu, and began attacking residents.
According to reports, the buffalo suddenly appeared in the village and began attacking residents. In the chaos, the two victims were trampled, while three others suffered serious injuries.
The injured were rushed to Chikwawa District Hospital for treatment.
