Doll Mabel Breaks Silence on Cheating Scandal

The former Miss Malawi beauty queen,Doll Mabel, has broken her silence after her life became a subject of intense social media debate following allegations of cheating by her now ex-partner, Mendi Chirwa Jr.
In a personal but poised public statement, Mabel real name Ameera Khonje, said she watched “in disbelief and deep pain” as her dignity was “dragged through the mud” because of her partner’s unfaithfulness, adding that the experience had left her emotionally shaken and struggling to sleep.
She also revealed that unknown individuals had stolen her photograph to create a fake social media profile used to post abusive remarks targeting innocent people.
“I would never stoop so low. I would never do that,” she wrote, confirming that her team is now working with authorities to identify the person or persons responsible.
Mabel framed the moment as a painful lesson and an opportunity to embrace what she called “the Spirituality of Life” choosing self-respect, inner peace and dignity over revenge or online drama.
“Betrayal does not define your worth,” she said, urging young women and girls to rise above relationship pain and protect their identity, dignity and emotional wellbeing.
Mabel also extended goodwill toward her former partner and his new companion, saying she wished them “the best” and hoped they would both find healing.
Reports indicate that Mabel, who is currently based in the Netherlands, had invited Chirwa Jr. for a holiday abroad. However, upon returning to Malawi, he allegedly began a new relationship before ending things with Mabel a twist that ignited heated conversation online.
Mabel, who lives in the Netherlands, has also reportedly been vocal about the need for young women to preserve their self-worth despite the pressures of love, fame and social media influence.
She closed her statement on a tone of grace: “I hope every woman remembers that betrayal does not define your worth… I wish my ex and his new partner the best, and I wish them both healing.”
