Missing Lilongwe Woman Found Dead, Suspects Arrested

Police in Lilongwe have confirmed that Memory Kamange, who went missing on February 11, 2026, has been found dead.
Memory reportedly left her residence at Lilongwe Teachers Training College for work at First Capital Bank in Kanengo but did not return home.
Her disappearance triggered widespread concern on social media, with family and friends appealing for information about her whereabouts.
According to police, she was allegedly attacked by robbers who stole her phone, handbag, and shoes, and suspects from Mgona Township were traced after her mobile phone was tracked.
The suspects have reportedly confessed and led officers to the location where the body was concealed.
