Steve Muliya Releases ‘Mfumu’ Ahead of ‘Zisomo Volume 3’ Launch

Gospel musician Steve Muliya, popularly known as Wazisomo, has released a brand-new single titled Mfumu.
Speaking to Nation Online, Muliya said the song, performed in vernacular, blends gospel music with the vibrant rhythms of traditional manganje dance, creating an uplifting and culturally rich sound.
“Basically, the song seeks to motivate people in the country to forget their sorrows and praise the Lord through a dance in a traditional way,” he said.
Mfumu features collaborations with fellow artists Pon G, OBk, and Yoba. The track is part of Muliya’s forthcoming 15-track album titled Zisomo Volume 3, which is expected to be launched in September this year.
Beyond music, Muliya recently announced his transition into full-time ministry. He is now serving as a pastor at Grace Life Assembly Church.
