Minibus Hits Train at Magalasi in Blantyre

A road accident occurred last night around 10:00 PM along the Magalasi Road in Blantyre after a Hijet vehicle collided with a train.

According to reports, no injuries or deaths were recorded in the incident.

However, the train has since stopped and is blocking the road, making it difficult for vehicles to cross the railway as they normally do.

Motorists using the route are being advised to exercise caution and consider alternative routes as the situation is being addressed.

Police have not yet commented on the matter.
