Man collapses at resthouse while with girlfriend in Zomba

A 48-year-old businessman from Zomba has died after collapsing at Ketekete Rest House in Chirimba, Blantyre.
The deceased, identified as White Sani from Masula Village in Traditional Authority Mlumbe, collapsed while at the rest house with his girlfriend.
According to Blantyre Police Assistant Public Relations Officer Doris Mwitha, Sani was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital after police were alerted, but he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Mwitha says a postmortem conducted at Chiradzulu District Hospital Mortuary indicated that Sani died from cardiac arrest, suspected to have been triggered by the use of sexual enhancement drugs.
Police say the deceased had booked a room with his girlfriend before the incident occurred.
The matter has been recorded at Chirimba Police Station.
