Silver Strikers Captain Uchizi Vunga Joins CAPS United

Vunga, who has completed a move to Zimbabwean side CAPS United for an undisclosed fee.
Vunga leaves the Silver Strikers, Central Bankers, after four years with the club, having joined from Mzuzu City Hammers in 2021.
Silver Strikers Chief Executive Officer Patrick Chimimba said the club is pleased that Vunga has secured an opportunity to continue his career abroad and wished him success in the next chapter of his football journey.
During his time at Silver Strikers, Vunga established himself as a key player and leader, eventually earning the captain’s armband.
His move to CAPS United marks his first stint outside Malawi.
