Two Injured as Vehicles Collide at Bingu Roundabout in Lilongwe

Two people sustained minor injuries in a road accident involving a Honda Fit and a Nissan Hardbody at Bingu Roundabout in Lilongwe on Thursday morning.
Lingadzi Police spokesperson Maria Kumwenda said the crash occurred when the Honda Fit, which was travelling in the outer lane, collided with the rear of the Nissan Hardbody after the latter allegedly moved into the inner lane.
The impact caused the Nissan Hardbody to overturn, leaving both vehicles extensively damaged.
The injured driver and a passenger were taken to Kamuzu Central Hospital, where they received treatment for minor injuries.
