MPHWIYO’s SHOOTING CASE UPDATES: COURT REVOKES KASAMBARA’s BAIL

The presiding Judge in the shooting case of former Budget Director Paul Mphwiyo, Michael Mtambo has revoked bail for Ralph Kasambara, one of the accused and former Justice Minister.
In his ruling, Mtambo said Kasambara should be remanded immediately.
However, Kasambara has applied for a stay order asking that the confinement should start on Friday because he has “some personal issues” to sort out between today and Friday.
Judge Mtambo has described Kasambara’s request as “strange”.
Said Mtambo: “Madam DPP help me. I am getting strange applications.
