Police officer arrested for losing a gun at a drinking spree

A police officer has been arrested for allegedly losing an official gun while at a drinking joint in the commercial capital Blantyre.

Police in Blantyre have confirmed of the development in an interview with the press, saying the officer is currently being held at Soche Police.

According to information at hand, the said Police officer went to Stereo Night Club to drink beer with his official gun.

While there the said cop fail a sleep after drinking too much and in the process he lost his phone and the gun.

According to reports, the unidentified law enforcer was on duty at one of the FDH bosses in the Soche Area on Thursday.

Meanwhile Police have launched a search for the gun.
