Judiciary Support staff on strike over house allowances

Information reaching faceofmalawi indicates that Judiciary support staff have today started a sit-in to force government to pay them house allowances.

An eyewitness who is currently at High Court in Blantyre has confirmed of the development in an interview with FOM’s reporter.

According to the source, the employees have closed the entry to the High Court with stones and tree branches.

The employees are also blocking vehicles from entering the court premises.
