A 40 year old man in Chitipa has been sentenced to serve a 14 year jail term for defiling his 11 year biological daughter.
The convict, Mr. Chancy Kaira is said to have committed the offense in June last year.
Passing the judgment, Chitipa 1st Grade magistrate Julius Kalambo said the convict deserved the harsh sentence as the girl’s future has been affected as she was infected with HIV Aids virus in the process.
