Donor community hails Joyce Banda for being democratic and fair

President Joyce Banda has been hailed by donor community for being so democratic and fair,this has come as a result of the arrest of people who were the master minders of a failed coup plot on 5th April 2012 after the death of Bingu Wa Mutharika.

This was revealed after the outcome of an inquiry she instituted to find out how president Bingu died. About ten people have been netted including the brother of the late president who wanted to take over power after the death of his brother.

Some of her cabinet ministers are victims of this arrest,it is the first of this to happen, a sitting govt arresting her own senior Cabinet Ministers. Minister of Economic Planning Hon.Dr Goodall Gondwe and Minister of Foreign Affairs Hon Mganda Chiumie are among the list.
