Unknown people on Thursday stoned a vehicle of President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika’s advisor Hetherwick Ntaba at Chimutu TDC Tally Center.
It is believed that Ntaba was being followed by some people who were using a tinted quantum bus which had about 10 people onboard.
Some monitors say the DPP official came as a roving monitor who claimed was going around tally centers in Lilongwe to monitor how things are going.
However, the people from the quantum bus started stoning him when he was approaching his car.
Ntaba left in a hurry, his car having it’s lens and windscreen broken.
