MIJ WARNS PUBLIC OF FRAUDSTERS

Malawi Institute of Journalism (MIJ) has noted with concern the behavior of unscrupulous individuals who claim to be officials from the institute, requesting payment of fees from prospective students.

In a statement released by its management earlier today, MIJ is informing all students, parents, guardians and sponsors that the fees is only paid through the Institute’s bank account and not through Mpamba ,Airtel money or any agent.

MIJ therefore asks anyone receiving these suspicious phone calls or messages requesting fees payment to report such individuals to the nearest police station.
