HRDC has given 48 hours ultimatum to MBC to apologise for reffering HRDC as a terrorist group in it’s Chichewa news bulletin yesterday Thursday, January 16 2020.
The HRDC through it’s lawyer, Wesley Mwafulirwa has written MBC a letter on the issue.
The HRDC has since made several demands, including that MBC must pay K200 million, apologize to the public on the reference of the HRDC as terrorist.
Mwafulirwa said MBC must meet the demands not later than January 27, 2020.
Failure which the HRDC will start legal action against MBC.
