Mzimba First Grade Magistrate’s Court has sentenced 28-year-old Alick Saka of Ntholoke Village in Traditional Authority Mzikubola in the district to 48 months imprisonment with hard labour (IHL) fo difiling a six-year-old imbicile (name withheld). According to police proscutor Alfred Makiyi, the incident happened on August 6 this year at Ntholoke Village. Makiyi told the court that on the day, the convict coaxed the girl with biscuit to have sex with him.
