DPP acting president professor peter Mutharika has bemoaned castigation of his late brother, Bingu wa Muthalika at political rallies and government functions. In an interview last Friday, Mutharika said his brother is dead and cannot defend himself against the ongoing castigation. Mutharika was apparently refering to President Joice Banda’s usual remarks in reference to how her predecessor treated her when she was Vice- President.
