Still living in denial or what?
Just on the very same day that some other government officials have been arrested with obscene amounts of money in their vehicles, top civil servants that met with Chief Secretary Hawa Ndilowe have decided to say the meeting was ordinary.
According to the top officials who attended the meeting, Ndilowe summoned them just to share her vision on how to improve the civil service. They say there was nothing special about the meeting.
Reports, however, indicate contrary as it was said that there was an impromptu cabinet meeting Yesterday convened by the State president and also
