Date:

President Joyce Banda says she declared her assets, she said she declared it to the Speaker of Parliament. Unfortunately, the assets cannot be known to the public.

Prior to that confession, President Banda was known to have denied declaring her assets claiming she already did while Vice President.

In simple terms, nobody knows the truth of Joyce Banda’s assets but her and her conscience.

However, with the recent looting at Capitol Hill, President Banda’s government has suddenly decided that Civil servants should declare their assets and explain their wealth.

According To Vice President, Khumbo Kachali, government will leave no stone unturned in its fight against corruption that has already gotten out of hand in a manner that has even nauseated donors such that Yesterday they had to meet the Vice President and give him some dose of their anger.

Meanwhile, security has been tightened at Capitol hill with the Police searching vehicles that go into the premises of Capitol hill.
