Atupele invades Ndirande on Sunday

United Democratic Front (UDF) President Atupele Muluzi who is also Minister of Health will on Sunday hold a public rally at Nyambadwe ground in the commercial capital Blantyre.

The rally in Blantyre comes barely a week after another rally in the eastern district of Zomba at Songani.

Muluzi is in a working relationship with the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) under President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika and many people including UDF’s Member of Parliament for Balaka north Lucius Banda.

Banda is quoted in one of his speech, saying the relationship is only benefiting Muluzi.

But UDF spokesperson Ken Ndanga trashed the remarks, saying the partnership is benefiting the party and the grassroots.

Meanwhile a million dollar question is will DPP and UDF field one candidate in 2019 general election or not?
