In a shocking incident, Nigerian parents have beaten their 18 year old daughter Amaka Nweke to death for dating a Muslim man and for being pregnant for him.
According to neighbors Parents of the deceased Mr. and Mrs Mike Nweke have been ill-treating their daughter when the news that she is pregnant for a Yoruba Muslim man hit their ears.
“Amaka from time and again was subjected to torture form her parents such as starving her because she was pregnant for a Yoruba Muslim man” said the witness.
Amaka and her boyfriend, Ibrahim Lawal, have been said to have been seeing each other for a long time.
The relationship later resulted into pregnancy, which her mother and father kicked out.
