2 Netted for Collecting National Identity Cards in Lilongwe

Police in Lilongwe have arrested two people for suspected to have been collecting National Identity Cards in the capital.
Police have confirmed identifying the two as Fanson Frazer 48 years old and Lizness Frazer aged 49.
However, reasons for their actions are not known.
Police are yet to comment on the arrests of the two.
