Internet Service Providers have been asked to consider reducing data charges to allow effective e-learning following coronavirus pandemic.
The call has been made by various heads of schools across the country.
The countryâ€™s academic calendar has been affected as schools are closed following President Peter Mutharikaâ€™s suspension of various gatherings.
The development has affected most learners especially those scheduled to sit for both national and international examinations this year.
There have been suggestions for e-learning to be adopted by schools.
Critics however insist that exorbitant internet charges could be a limitation.
