Main opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has said it is expecting the Lazarus Chakwera led administration to walk the talk by fulfilling campaign promises in the latter’s first full national budget.

DPP’s parliamentary spokesperson on Finance Joseph Mwanamvekha said this in an interview.

According to Mwanamvekha, this is the opportunity for the Tonse Alliance administration to honour its word.

Parliament is set to start meeting today with the 2020/2021 national budget expected to be presented during the sitting.
