At least 29 Primary School Living Certification of Education (PSLCE ) candidates from Lozi centre in Nkhotakota have failed to sit for the examinations, among others, due to pregnancies and early marriages.

Cluster Supervisor Chiyembekezo Mwafulirwa said this today Wednesday when Deputy Minister of Education Madalitso Kambauwa Wirima visited the centre.

Mwafulirwa said the cluster had a total of 269 candidates to sit for the examinations but 240 have showed up.

Standard 8 learners have started their examinations this morning.
