State House against fake news on social media

State House has lamented fake news on social media especially to do with the President Dr Lazurus Chakwera.

State House director of communication Sean Kampondeni says they will utilize the State House weekly brief to address such fake reports.

Kampondeni has made the remarks after social media users said President Lazarus Chakwera last Friday organised a cocktail party at the State House to divide the attention of Malawians and stop them from focusing on the Public Lecture by Vice President, Saulos Chilima at Bingu International Convention centre in Lilongwe.
