President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is today expected to address the nation from 9.30 am, focussing on “emerging matters of public intetest,”

State House Press Officer Brian Banda confirmed of the development in a statement released on Wednesday made available to faceofmalawi.

The Malawi leader is likely going to touch on increasing cases of sexual abuse, child marriages and the cancellation of MSCE examination due to massive leakage of papers on social media.

Examinations administrator, MANEB, says 154, 000 students will have to resit the Form 4 examination in March next year, costing the taxpayer K4.5 billion.
