State Vice President Dr.Saulos Chilima who is also President of the United Transformation Movement (UTM) has assured Malawians that all campaign promises will be fulfilled as promised.
Chilima said this at Mzimba Boma when he addressed Tonse Alliance supporters who gathered outside the council’s premises.
The Vice President cited the 1 million jobs campaign promise, saying this promise will be fulfilled.
“Am urging you all to exercise patience on the campaign promises. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us to fulfill in time all the campaign promises but be assured we will do it,” said Chilima.
Chilima also warned Tonse Alliance top officials from interfering in the loan distribution under NEEF.
He said the loan is from tax-payers money and is for all Malawians and not few individuals.
Turning to Tonse Alliance supporters, Chilima urged the supporters to live as one family.
He urged the supporters to desist from fighting each other.
