Mzomera Ngwira’s fate today

The court is today expected to rule on whether former DPP regional governor for the North, Christopher Mzomera Ngwira and two others have a case to answer or not.

Ngwira and two others are accused of disrupting a rally which MCP president Lazarus Chakwera and other leaders conducted at Chiwavi in Mzuzu city in 2016.

Ngwira, who is currently serving a four- year jail term at Mzimba Prison after he was found guilty of mismanaging local development funds, has already arrived at the court.
