Police in Lilongwe have arrested a 34-year-old man for being found in possession of 5 tubes of drugs suspected to be Cocaine.
Lilongwe Police Public Relations Officer Hastings Chigalu, identifies the suspect as Kasper Thewe.
Thewe was arrested at Area 4, Double Vision Casino at yesterday following a tip-off.
According to Chigalu, the suspect attempted to escape when he realized that he had been surrounded by the law enforcers.
This pushed the police to use necessary force to neutralize him.
