50-Year-Old Man In Cooler For Allegedly Defiling Two Minors In Phalombe

Phalombe Police Public Relations Officer Jimmy Kapanja has confirmed the arrest of a 50-year-old man identified as Symon Justin for allegedly defiling two girls aged 10 and 11.
Kapanja said the suspect defiled the two at Phalombe Parish forest where they had gone to fetch firewood.
Currently, Justin is in police custody and will appear before court soon.
