Mutharika’s stepson Tadikila weds

Tadikila Mafudza Mutharika, a stepson to former President Peter Mutharika who also leader of the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) on Saturday tied a knot to his long time sweetheart in the eastern region of Mangochi.

The wedding reception took place at PAGE House, the official retirement of home of the former President which is situated along the lakeshore.

Apart from Mutharika and the former first lady Gertrude Mutharika attending the wedding, some other notable faces at the wedding included; former United Democratic Front (UDF) President Atupele Muluzi and his wife Angela Zachepa Muluzi.

The wedding also saw the presence of some DPP Presidential aspirants namely; Bright Msaka, Dalitso Kabambe, George Chaponda and Joseph Mwanamvekha.
