Man In Cooler After Being Found With Indian Hemp In Chiradzulu

A 49-year-old man is in police custody in Chiradzulu for allegedly being found in possession of Indian Hemp popularly known as Chamba.
The district’s police public relations officer, Sgt. Innocent Moses has identified the suspect as Luke Malinga of Luna Village, Traditional Authority Chitera in the district.
The suspect was found at his garden watering tomatoes together with the illicit plants.
About 71 plants of chamba have been uprooted from the suspect’s garden and a bag full of Indian hemp was later discovered at his home.
