Pastor Hastings Salanje appears in public after being released, narrates his ordeal (watch video)

South African based Malawian preacher, Pastor Hastings Salanje who is also the founder of God’s Chapel Ministries has appeared in public for the first time after being released by kidnappers on Sunday night.

Pastor Salanje went missing two weeks ago after being taken by unknown kidnappers who were demanding MK 1 billion as ransom.

In his address streamed live on his official facebook page, Salanje accused the kidnappers of ill-treating him during the hostage.

He claimed that the kidnappers could not allow him to eat during his 14 days hostage.

According to Salanje, he was released after the church payed huge sums of money which he refused to disclose on security reasons.
