Police in Thyolo have arrested Miliwald Stanly 18, for allegedly having sexual intercourse with three girls, all aged 4.
The incident took place on January 17, 2024 at Namichimba Stream in Thyolo District.
It is alleged that on that particular day around 18:45 hours the victims went to the stream where they were following their relative who went earlier before them.
Whilst on their way back home they, encountered the suspect who forced the little girls to go in the maize field where he defiled them one by one.
The suspect was caught red handed by a young boy who was passing by after he heard the voice of one of the victims crying in the maize field.
The matter was reported to Thyolo Police Station, leading to the arrest of the suspect.
Stanly who hails from Chibwana Village in Traditional Authority Nchiramwera in Thyolo District, will appear before court soon to answer a charge of having sexual intercourse with a minor.
