President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera is set to carry out several official activities in Malawi’s southern region today. He will begin with a tour of A.R. Issa Cattle Ranch in Traditional Authority Ngabu, Chikwawa.
As part of his administration’s efforts to enhance rural electrification and reduce poverty, President Chakwera will launch the Malawi Rural Electrification Program (MAREP) at Nguluwe Village, Traditional Authority Mbenje in Nsanje.
The President will also meet with education officials at Ngabu Secondary School in Chikwawa and engage with business leaders from the Lower Shire at Nchalo Sports Club.
