Church of Central African Presbyterian Nkhoma synod has called Rev. T. Chizinga for hearing, a pastor at Chimbwazi CCAP in Kasungu,  on 29th April 2025 through a letter which was signed by the Synod’s General Secretary, Rev. Vasco Kachipapa.

In the letter, Rev. Chizinga was told that he is being accused of organizing a trip for some church leaders to visit a former Head of State in Mangochi.

The Synod says this trip was not approved and goes against the church’s Human Resource Policy for Church Ministers. Because of this, Rev. Chizinga has been asked to attend a hearing with the Synod Trustees.

The meeting will take place on Monday, 5th May 2025, at 10 AM in the Education Department Boardroom. The letter also says that Rev. Chizinga’s congregation must pay for his transport and lunch on that day.

Now, everyone is looking forward to the hearing to find out what the Synod will decide.
