MISA Malawi expresses deep sadness over the untimely death of Lamson Issa, a dedicated broadcaster at Dzimwe Community Radio.
Issa passed away on May 13, 2025, at Monkey Bay Community Hospital in Mangochi.
Issa was a presenter and producer at Dzimwe Community Radio, where he volunteered since the station’s inception in 1998.
He played a significant role in mentoring aspiring journalists and contributing to community broadcasting.
MISA Malawi offers condolences to Issa’s family, colleagues at Dzimwe Community Radio, and the media fraternity.
The organization will miss his dedication and expertise.
Burial Arrangements
Lamson Issa’s burial will take place on May 14, 2025, in Monkey Bay.
