DPP Confirms Mutharika in South Africa, Denies Illness Rumors

The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has confirmed that its leader, Peter Mutharika, is currently in South Africa.
The party’s Secretary General, Peter Mukhitho, confirmed this in a statement but denied reports that Mutharika is ill.
He accused those spreading the rumors of doing so for political reasons.
