Bushiri Sues Peter Sambo Over Alleged Defamation

Prophet Shepherd Bushiri of Jesus Nation Church has sued singer Peter Sambo for allegedly posting defamatory comments about him on social media.

According to a letter he released, Bushiri is taking legal action against the singer, known for his hit song Tachilowa, through his lawyers in the United Kingdom, where Sambo is based. If found guilty, Sambo could be forced to pay a fine of about K117 million.

Bushiri is also suing others, including Robert Chisambiro, for allegedly engaging in similar behavior. He stated that God has given him both the resources and legal support to defend himself during this time.
